Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most domestic shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Packages are shipped within 2–5 business days, and delivery times vary by region, typically arriving within 7–21 business days. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their local authorities.

Return Policy

We offer full refunds for returns shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your swimwear. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The protective liner must remain in place and the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, swimwear without the protective liner cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to swap your item for a different size or style, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

damaged or faulty goods

We stand by the quality of our swimwear. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at Info@willowthelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for eligible items.

How to return your swimwear

  1. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  2. Pack your item(s) securely and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
